• Pregnancy massage ceremony – 1,45 hours – 127€
  Holistic pregnancy massage based in the wisdom of Ayurveda and Polarity. Depending on your feelings: a whole body massage, lower back, facial/head, belly, feet, shoulders or hands. Taking place at your home, with affirmations and custom made blend of oils and herbs carefully prepared to support New Mama skin elasticity and nutrition. It is an empowering treatment that also supports and brings relief to your body in this demanding time of growing new life.
• Postnatal massage and relaxation treatment – 1,45 hours – 127€
  This treatment is a gift to Mamas. It is a beautiful way of saying thank you to your self for an explicit job you do while giving birth and carying for your baby. It harmonizes and takes you into the place of rest and relaxation. We work with your breath- grounding and connecting within, while harmonizing with the body massage, music, water ritual, scrub, aromatherapy and organic herbs and oils.
• Moxa and cupping massage – 1 hour – 100€
  Moxa is known and celebrated for its wonderful ability to reach deeper tissues and muscles by sinking the warmth through your skin. Letting go and tension relieve are wonderful. Cupping that finds it’s roots in TCM follows principles of acupressure and also brings immediate healing effects. Both aren’t for the ultra sensitive. I connect this deep and intensive treatment with organic oil body massage.
• Closing ceremony – 1,5 hours – 155€
  This ceremony has its roots in Central America and is also known as “closing the bones” ritual. I incorporate traditional elements learned from our generous teachers in Equador and Mexico of abdominal massage, rocking and wrapping in the rebozo. It is a powerful and nurturing sensation and an experience to honour the work your body has done in growing and birthing a baby. it also helps healing on emotional and physical level.
• Mother blessing ceremony – 2,5 hours – 210€
  It is an alternative to Western “baby shower” tradition. It is always personalised and focuses on the mother and her journey with the baby. Accompanied by family and/or close friends it is aimed to share, support and mother the mother.

* Please remember to fast or eat only light meals for 2 to 3 hours before any treatment. Remember to stay hydrated.

* All treatments take place either at your home or at my studio space. When you choose the comfort of your home additional 30€ will be added.
